TRACK WORKOUT
Met Matt, Toni and Chris at the Lehi track. 5 up, including 2 laps of straight-aways.
6x800m (2:24, 2:20, 2:21, 2:19, 2:20, 2:15) w/ 1 lap jogging recovery.
No wind. A little chilly (33). My stomach was still a little upset but otherwise I felt really strong, probably because I haven't done a workout in a week! Matt and I took turns leading. He said he felt a littel tired but he looked strong as always. 1+ cooldown.
PM: 5 easy on the murdock trail. 70 degrees! I almost cried.
