| Met Ty and Chris in AF for a run. First 8 was easy pace witih those guys. Then I tested the legs for a mile (5:01) on Murdock. Legs felt good but it made my cough come raging back. Can't kick this thing. Steady pace for another 6. (7:00 avg).
