Track workout! Lehi Highschool with Matt, Scott, Reed and Toni.
4x1k (3:02, 3:03, 3:02, 3:04) w/ 1/4 jogging rest
Slightly windy but nice and warm. Hamstring tightened up on the last one so I had to call it early. I was hoping for 6. Matt slammed out one more fast one. Good times.
