As it stands, I am not fully recovered, but I can run at least.  I felt like I could run through it, but now that just feels stupid to have done last week.  My heart is/was so frantically, and the soreness was just... awful.

Thank you so much for your reports on how you have been dealing with the corona virus. It really brings things back into proper perspective on how terrible this thing can really be.

My prayers go out to you for a speedy and complete recovery.

By the way I am curious on what your blood type is. They say that people with O-type blood do not get it bad, but those with A-type blood have it more severe.

sucks to hear man, i thought you’d just gotten a running-related injury until i looked at last week’s posts just now.

focus on recovering from this first. you get so focused on maintaining fitness over recovery that you end up sinking yourself in the long term. i’m on the other side of that hill, and the elevation gain on it gets higher the more you put off the main problem. nothing as scary as what you’re dealing with though. you’re in my thoughts the next few weeks.

Thanks you two. I am O- blood type, but I haven't heard anything about that, so that's interesting.

I wish I was asymptomatic, and I'm truly surprised it even affected me at all. I figured my body would brush it off like it does every other time I get sick.

Hey Mike, sorry to hear about this. I had noticed a cutback of miles on Strava but hadn't looked here. Tom told me about it yesterday, he'd read your blog here. Hang in there, do what you can, rest when you need to.

Sorry to hear, hope you get through it ok and recover quickly with no lingering effects. We know someone hear in SE Idaho in ICU, so this can affect people from all walks of life. You are in my prayers.
