AM: 11.8 miles, 4 fast.  Today I just wanted to ease back into some speed.  I know I'm not recovered from the marathon even if I feel fine.  The microtears are tricky devils.

The workout was 10x2:00 intervals with descending rest.  This is probably my favorite workout.  Starting at jogging for recovert for 90 seconds and then descending all the way down to 10 seconds of rest in 10 second increments,90,80,...,20,10.  This workout just flies.  Just went by effort.  The workout was not challenging at all until the final interval.  It's more just sort of a... surprise to the body to have to restart so quickly after stopping.

Splits (paces per mile)-  5:24, 5:18, 5:08, 5:00, 5:09, 5:11, 5:06, 5:15, 5:02, 5:15.
