AM: Track in Safety Harbor. Ran and paced everyone else. The workout was 12x400 with alternating 100m and 300m recoveries, which was a fun change.
I had to stop myself from getting annoyed with them dogging the recoveries although. There is some usefulness to persevering a bit and not completely recovering before each interval, in my opinion. It certainly helps me anyway.
