AM: Track workout in Safety Harbor
Workout: Alternating 200s and 600s with 200 jog recovery. 6 sets with a 600 recovery between sets 3 and 4. 200s at 33-34 seconds, the recoveries were faster paced, and the 600s were at 10k-15k pace.
PM: 5 miles.
