PM: Run in East Lake. Was supposed to be a short run, but I just lost track. Decided to hit up the gym afterwards to burn off the rest of my energy- arms, back, and lunges. Sometimes, I hate creating the urge to go to the gym, so I relish it when I have it for no reason and try to go with it, even though the returns after a long run like that may be minimal. I think the short sets help although.
