Long-Term Running Goals:

I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter.  The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance.  Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.

Personal:

I have two gorgeous daughters; two good-looking cats and two dogs with great personalities.

Most everyone at work went to a luncheon 30 miles away.  I figured with the bosses fighting 60 miles of LA traffic that we would have plenty of time to get a long run in.  And it did.  Mike and I ran from work to the beach and along the strand and back. The sky was blue and the ocean breeze was cool.  Running in Southern California beats the crap out of running in the Middle East.

I bet running anywhere here beats running in the middle east...

Do you have something against Middle Easterners? :)

It was bromantic, Burt.

I'm 100% sure you're right Eric.
