Walking, 3.66 in 48:33, 13:17 ave pace, did a sub 13 minute for the first time, 12:52 in mile 2, in mile three tried to break 13 again, but felt a couple of stabs of SI pain (up to 2) so decided that was not a good idea. pool ran 30 minutes. Did Josse's arm resistance form part of the time, and that made my hands hurt after a while. I am sooo grateful to be able to exercise, to feel strong when I walk, to be able to get my heart rate up. I am preparing for camping at Bear Lake (ok we are renting a KOA cabin, so it's half camping).
