keep running, stay fit and healthy, while having fun. Would like to get my mileage up to 25 miles a week and plan some short races when I get confident with my speed.

We made it home yesterday afternoon, and it is so nice to get back to a more normal routine! Jamie and I went to bed around 10:30 last night and I told her to yell if she needed a pain pill or anything...I got up to do the youngest ones hair and tell her goodbye before she went to school and went back to bed. Neither of us moved again untill 9:30 a.m. I think that we were both totally worn out!

Made one of my regular 5 mile routes, felt a little slow and sluggish, but it was good to be back out and I hope it will actually improve my energy level! Ran without music and planned out what was left of my day, I'm going to have to be a bit more organized now with a lot of things that my daughter is going to require over the next couple of weeks untill the next surgery. But I've got a plan for dinner and everything else through the run and so now I can just relax and get it done!!!

Thanks again to all you wonderful bloggies and your prayers and concern you guys are a great group of people with BIG hearts and kind words!!!

It is good to hear you are home. I am allway luckey enough to be able to drive home (45 min drive) and sleep in my own bed then go back up in the morning. I always think that helped especially on those really long stays.

So glad to hear you are home! What a crazy week for you! I'm sure that through the trials and tribulation you are in at the moment that there are some beautiful rainbows along with it. Our hard times always seem to be followed by some huge blessings. I hope you are seeing the blessings, it seems like you are. You and your family will be a part of our fast for February. I hope you feel of the love and prayers of all of us. Enjoy trying to have a more 'normal' routine for a bit!

I was just going to ask you a question and read your blog. Sorry to hear you have been at the hospital. I can't stand the thought of that place. I feel for you. I count my blessing everyday that we are not there. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

The biggest lesson I learned is to let people help! Good luck!

Glad you are home! Probably not as glad as you are! Jamie seems like she's pretty tough, but I hope she is coping with everything okay! Major props for getting out today!
