Running Accomplishments:

Did a half a few years ago, unsure of my time but nothing to write home about. I trained about 6 months and then took about 2yrs. off. Started running again this year but have never done anything serious.

Short-Term Running Goals:

keep running, stay fit and healthy, while having fun. Would like to get my mileage up to 25 miles a week and plan some short races when I get confident with my speed.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get my mileage back up and run pain free!

So I logged a big zero for yesterday, but I did make it out doors to run today, that was a major improvement. I kinda feel like the after effects of the last two weeks combined with the two night shifts and the miserable weather has seriously got me off track. Todays run although icey and a little hazerdous at times really made me feel better and hopefully I'm headed back on track. I hope to get a good run in tomorrow and then anything Friday will be bonus as we have to be to a doctor apt. at Primary's on Friday at 10:00 a.m. and I see there is yet another storm headed that way for then. Maybe a longer run on Sat. If I can hold that schedule through the week and then get back into my routine next week I'll be doing good!

Michelle, way to keep it together, best for your family. By the way, I loved your reaction to the Maria thing.

I think you are doing amazing with everything you have going on! I hope everything goes well this weekend. How's Jamie doing? Hanging in there I'm sure. Way to sneak some miles in. I feel like going over 3 is hard right now!

Pat yourself on the back for being SuperMom AND getting in some runs! Be careful driving in those storms to & from SLC!

It would take more than two weeks to throw you off! You are doing great. Remember life happens. You are rolling with it well.
