Running Accomplishments:

Did a half a few years ago, unsure of my time but nothing to write home about. I trained about 6 months and then took about 2yrs. off. Started running again this year but have never done anything serious.

Short-Term Running Goals:

keep running, stay fit and healthy, while having fun. Would like to get my mileage up to 25 miles a week and plan some short races when I get confident with my speed.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get my mileage back up and run pain free!

Not the best way to start out the week, but anything today was bonus!  While I tried to sleep today the wind HOWLED outside!  I felt like one of the little pigs with the big bad wolf at my door!  I managed to get in two miles on the treadmill, and wasn't really hating it too bad when I realized that I was out of time and had to get ready to go to work and finish up getting things done with Jamie before I left.  I did get in a few abs, lunges and push ups too.  Although not the way I wanted to start the week, fairly succesful!

Way to stay positive and squeeze in any running possible! We've been having horrible wind lately too! Luckily it's coincided with warm temps, so I'm not too bitter. ;o)

Great job, Michelle! Every mile counts, and miles on challenging days count double.

Hey- I think you did a great job & esp. got some toning in too. The wind was CRAZY all over Utah yesterday from what I hear & saw! (and felt!) Hope things are going OK w/ Jamie? Thinking of you!
