Did a half a few years ago, unsure of my time but nothing to write home about. I trained about 6 months and then took about 2yrs. off. Started running again this year but have never done anything serious.

Short-Term Running Goals:

keep running, stay fit and healthy, while having fun. Would like to get my mileage up to 25 miles a week and plan some short races when I get confident with my speed.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get my mileage back up and run pain free!

One mile walking the dog, maybe a bit more or less. Not bad for the dog considering her legs are only 2 inches long!

Sorry I've been a slacker about getting back to you! April's # is 773-7297. Tell her we referred you, I'm sure she'll work you in. I'm excited you are coming down for the party and marathon! Remind me to give you your Painter's sweatshirt!

Oh I hope everything goes okay and I hope you guys make it down. Schedule a maybe with April...she is so good to work with you! For a family blog it is way easy! Go to blogspot.com and it basically walks you through everything. Our site is posted on my blog, I'm sure you've seen it. It's way easy and fun! Let me know how things are going.

Hope you're having fun w/ the blog. Blogspot is pretty user friendly. I had just a basic blogger template for a long time until I took the time to figure out www.thecutestblogontheblock.com that will give you cute backgrounds. Also www.slide.com walks you through how to add free slideshows. I'm no expert by any stretch- just have fun with it. You can check out my blog- www.CarpeDiem95.blogspot.com BEST WISHES to JAMIE!!! Hope to see you this weekend!
