Tonight was better then yesterday, thank heavens! I was able to feel more comfortable and then even push myself just a tiny bit. :) Got to the gym after my run and lifted weights with DH for a few minutes, nothing too much. Shin is still a little buggy so I will ice it after I get cleaned up. Sno, I think I found a NP in Salt Lake City she even graduated from Bastyr, I need to call and see what it is going to take to get into her, if insurance will cover any... and all that business. I'll let you know how it goes.
