Tonight was HOT. The temperature thing in my car said 91 when I was driving home. I don't know how accurate they are, but it felt really hot. I was just planning on running the parkway again but when I got to the top I thought I would run the dirt trail until my garmin read 4 miles so that I would end up with 8, but when I got to that point curiosity took over and I wanted to see when the path was going to end. It's a pretty nice path and I will probably run it again. I was pretty slow on some of the hills when I was on the trail. Between miles 7-8 I thought I would try to pick up my pace... I was hoping to keep it at a 8mm but I didn't make it :( I will try this again another day also. By the end of this run I was pretty hot and tired!

It was a nice run... Marion I was hoping that the mile would be 8:00mm but I'll work on that. :)
