Today was the first time in 11 months that I was able to run with my running girlfriend, I have missed her so much. She has been recovering from pelvic stress fractures. So we met at the parkway and she ran the first 6 miles with me. I can't tell you how nice it was to have her with me! When she was done we were back at the cars... I got a drink and told her bye, then ran the rest of my run. The last mile was getting hard but all in all I felt pretty good and was happy I got this long run in .

You are speedy! You kept a really great consistent pace over those 15 miles. I knew you had it in you.

Thanks ladies... I didn't feel too fast, but it was good to see that I could do that many and keep a pretty good pace.
