Still a bit stuffy...I hope it will be cleared up soon. No more sore throat but I'm left with quite a bit of congestion, it makes it a bit hard to breath when I'm running. Had an appointment after work so I didn't get my run in until 7:00pm :( Things are pretty crazy between home and work. My mother-in-law, who lives with us is in the hospital.

Anyway not many miles today but I hope to do better the rest of the week.

Sorry about your mother-in-law. I can relate. At least you found time to get out. I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to make it happen tomorrow, considering I've got a busy workday and who knows what is going on tomorrow evening. I could do an early morning, but I left my warm running clothes at work.

Thanks Jun, It's been difficult seeing her get sick. I think they will let her come home today. But that is another worry because we are the ones taking care of her.

This time of year is always difficult to find the time to get a run in. I'm just hoping to be able to maintain some decent miles then start back at it in January :)

I'm sorry about your mother-in-law, Lori. I hope she's okay.

Good job squeezing in the run. I can tell you're making it a priority.
