I thought I would take it easy, but then I was feeling pretty good so I just went with it. I should probably take it a bit slower the next few days, and do less miles, to do a mini taper. I'm not a very good judge of distance because I had a certain turning point in my mind, then before I got there I was already at more miles then I thought. Any way a good run, I really enjoyed. 7.6 miles - 1:12:00 Laps: 8:51( surprised by this time because I really was kinda hurting), 9:39, 9:38, 9:32, 9:36, 9:38, 9:34, 9:18.
