I had to stay a bit late at work... so I decided to do my speed/weight/circuit workout. Tonight I really struggled with it, don't really know what it up. My left heel was KILLING me on the cool down!! 2 mile warm-up @9:40 .50 - 3:49 three sets on bench .50 - 3:51 bycepts and sholders (3 sets of 15) .50 - 3.51 cruches and plank .50 - 3:48 tricpets (3 sets of 15) .50 - 3:49 2 miles cool down @ 9:50 I think I need to make an appointment to go to the foot doc.... they are not happy with me. *Carolyn, I signed up for the Canyonlands 1/2... are you running it?
