I got a late start today...but I did get some better sleep so I think that helped. My right shoe has been getting a hole inside the heel. It was bugging the other day, so I taped up the hole with some cloth tape, well that did not help, in fact it made it worse! I have a big bloody heal now :( Also I need to start taking gels or something with me on my longer runs, my breakfast only lasted til about mile ten.
