Why so sad? 5.57 miles of determination, and 5.57 miles more than about 99.9% of Americans today! Cheer up, Lori! You are awesome! :D

Ben you are so nice... I"m in a running funk :( Seems like everything is hurting and running is more of a chore. I want to enjoy feeling physically fit. But lately it's just been painful.

I'm sure I will feel better soon... Thanks again.

Something nice you could say . . . ."it's over". I've been there and feel for you.

Darn running funks! Can you get some help with your hip? Massage, acupuncture, physical therapy? Does ice help? I hope it gets better soon; I know what its like to feel like you can't work properly.

Hey, at least you ran. That's positive in my book. This funk will pass. Maybe you should just take it easy for a while.

Thanks for all the advice... I have a massage scheduled about every three weeks. But I might have to bump up that schedule if things don't change.

I'm trying to take is easy for a while. I have to admit I'm a bit competative and it's hard to read everyones miles and speed and then feel like crap. But I'm sure this will pass. :)

Lori :D You are a fantastic runner :) Down time is REALLY important. A billion miles a week is not a great idea, year round. Don't stress. I am guessing you know that when you run and it is horrible and you didn't want to go in the first place, that you get 1 BILLION brownie points?

Crappy runs STINK :p

Lori you really are a good runner! Give yourself the credit for getting out and getting it done. THAT is the hard part, most people just sleep it out! Keep up the hard work, you can do it!
