Tired. Ran slow. On the way homea guy passed me and was like"you look smooth and powerful, nice stride." I guess that's good to hear going no faster than 7:45 pace.

Jason, I no longer keep track really but I've slowed down my easy pace. I usually go by feel. during a normal run I usually start at 8 and end up going 6:50-7:20 but generally I start my morning runs 8:00-8:30 and progress to 7:30. Nothing too fast. the easy recovery is usually around 8:00-7:40.
