AM: 2 WU 8x2min with 1 min off then about 4 easy
PM: 5.5 easy + alternate core routine, stretch, foam rolling
a light fartlek to stretch the legs this morning. Nothing too intense, didn't go any faster than marathon pace, just enough to get the remaining sluggishness out of my legs. Great weather.
