4.1 miles on the Provo River Trail (same as Monday), but just a bit faster--8:25 pace (Monday was a 8:28 pace). Calf and tendons felt OK--I think a good stretching pre and post run has been very beneficial.

Thanks Smooth--it's the beautiful, flowing lock's, isn't it. :)
Compression socks/sleeves for the calves--any body here got any recommendations and/or suggestions?

Yep, the beautiful, flowing locks and the COOL red sunglasses that matches the RED HOT shorts!
Don't know much about compression socks. But I remember Andy wearing them at Park City last year. He might be able to shed some thoughts on that. I like CWX tights during winter months. They have fantastic muscle supports built right in for the key muscles, knees, quads and calves.

I have worn the socks and like them except for how thin the foot part is. Making them slick to wear. So I have to put on a 2nd pair of socks. I would like to try the sleeves so I can wear just one pair of socks. But they sure feel weird at first. But seem to really help. I had no cramps in my calves at SG with them.:)
Great run btw.
