Goal: 800 wup; 3x1.5 @ 7:30-800 recovery inbetween repeats; 800 cldn Actual: 800 wup; 2x1.5 @ 7:50 recovery inbetween repeats; 800 cldn Ran outside. Echo repeats. Had to cut it short to come home. The cold air burns my lungs during tempo runs, but it was sunny and you have to make the most of any sunshine especially as we get closer to winter. I also am waiting as long as possible before I am forced to join a gym. |
