Michelle K. is in town from Vegas and texted me to run!  Yeah!  I only slept for 4 hours and normally I would just sleep in but knowing I'm meeting someone to run totally motivates me even if I have to drive a total of 40 minutes to run for 40 minutes!

The air was thick!  Felt like I was running in a jungle.  Need to get back into it.  I was talking/out-of-breath the entire time.
