1 mile warm up, 7x800, 1/2 mile cool down. Mark was gone and I didn't want to waste time with recovery laps inbetween but walked around for 1.5 min or so.
I didn't have my watch so I couldn't take my 400 split. Aubree timed me with her iphone. It was nice having a running coach at the finish line!
3:19, 3:14, 3:14, 3:16, 3:18, 3:15, 3:18.
I think this may have been the first time I was sub 3:20 for all splits! I felt pretty good. :)
