Early morning runs are great! I love getting them over with before anyone wakes up. Aubree and I met at the track @ 5:30am. GOAL -800 warm up. 8x400. 800 cool down. ACTUAL- 800 warm up. 3x400, bathroom break. Saw Julie's tree. 1x800, 1x400, 1x800. 800 cool down. Splits: 1:32, 1:35, 1:32, 3:18, 1:34, 3:20 I felt pretty good but still feel like I am in a pace rut. How do I push myself to get out of it? |
