ran on the beach with Aubree in SC. I forgot what it was like to run without a ton of layers. It was a little misty/rainy but beautiful!
Franklin/ neighborhood loop. I weighed myself before and after to calculate how much water I need to be drinking. I lost .8 lbs on this run. I need to drink 2 oz every 15 minutes. Also drink at least 10 oz 1 hour before the race.
