It was hard waking up this morning because I was up 3 times last night. I'm glad this workout is over though. The second set was harder for me and I jumped to the side a couple of times.
warm up - 1 mile
2x 15 @ 10k pace with 5 min recovery inbetween. I started at 7:41 and increased to 6:37. The second set I went up to 6:40 and then dropped back down to 7:13 pace. :0
cool down- .5 mile
