I'm starting to run again. It has been hard to stay motivated without a race in sight or a running partner to train with. With that said, I'm going to ease back into it.
Warm up - 1 mile @ 10:00 PA
Work out - 7x 400 @ 5k pace. (I really eased up on my pace and ran more of a 10k/10mile pace. I started at 8:00 and then increased each 400 until 7:30 pace). Rest for 400 inbetween @ 9:00min pace. I started getting antsy and only rested 200 hundred inbetween
Cool down - only cooled for .25. By the end of the run, I just want to be finished!
