35 min Tempo Treadmill Run. 8:30 pace for about 10 minutes. Held it between 7:19 to 7:30 for about 20 minutes. Back to 8:00 for the last 5 minutes. PA- 7:32 (I had to take one break in the middle because my 3 yr old needed help with something. I stopped the treadmill and then started back up again). Sleep- fell asleep on my kids' floor around 10pm I think. Woke at 12:15am with a kink in my neck. 3-yr-old woke up at 2:15am. It wasn't very comfortable or continuous sleep, however, at least I got over 8 hours! |
