This was supposed to be a hill workout. Here is what actually happened. Attempts at a training run with Aubree Hunter, 6 kids, 4 bikes, and a double stroller. Goal 8 miles. Actual 5 miles with a few stops -first stop - the Enrollment office to register kids for school. A couple crashes, two popped tires, a few scraped knees, and tears. The second break was needed to raise morale - Market Basket for pizza and then the Farmhouse for ice-cream. Next, we saw all the neighbors in Mr. Rogers Neighborhood - the firemen, the garbage man, the mailman, & the delivery truck...Lastly, we stopped to pick and eat crabapples. I'm not sure it was much of a run but it was an adventure for sure! At least we are trying. I'm giving us an A for Effort on this run!
