I waited for about an hour for the watch to charge this morning. I didn't want to do 800s with out it. My window of time and motivation started to taper. Mark and I ended up running an easy 5-ish around Franklin Cemetary Loop. "Better 'N Nutting." PA - 9:03. Nice of Mark to go with me.

It's ok Mary--I didn't get the speed work in either. Maybe next week...

I'm missing MI shade and cooler temps. let me know when you do the speed. Maybe we can motivate each other!
