5 x 5min @ 10k pace with 2.5min recovery inbetween. I did the first one at 8 min pace and then increased 15 seconds per mile for each set and ended at 7 min pace.
4.20 min cool down.
It was supposed to be 10 minute warm up and cool down but I cut them both short.
