Just 4 easy miles today, just wanted to roll into it today and will get after it tommorrow.

I had a very good run today, felt just fine and was happy with my pace as it did not feel hard at any time.  Was running at a 8:57 pace at the first 2 miles and moved up to an 8:40 pace the rest of the way,  Was no morning run but there will be on Fri. morning.

I will be adding my miles that i have logged on the Runners world web site on Sat that has amounted to 537 miles from the first of the year, before i was on this site!!  Just need to consolidate my millage for the year is all.

8 miles this morning in 1:10:34, sterted out at around 9:30 pace and just keep upping it every 1/4 mile for the first mile and then set it at an 8:49 pace and kept it there for the next 7 miles, Felt good never winded and HR at 137 or 138.  very nice run

Well as i was saying a couple of days ago that i have 537 miles on the runners world log that i am tired of thinking about and need to move them to this awsome site, i have ran them in the early months of this year before i was logging on this site. No not superman or anything just needed to combine them together.
