5.50 miles on the country roads around the house.  Normally i have not ran on a Sunday but i got home from Church and just felt the need to go and run. Ran in my new pair of Brooks Adrenaline 11's that i got from the running store last week and man they are nice.

Work has been busy and I am going out of town to Lake Tahoe a week from today to set up a log house that I build and will be there for a couple of weeks and hope to be home before the 4th but we will see. Hope to keep the runs consistent.

AM   7.30 miles around the Greenbelt, Awesome morning and the river has gone down.

PM   7.70 miles after work.  Just an easy run with .25 mile P/U.    (Greenbelt run)

Sunnyside hill run, 5 up and 5 down--Wow what a run and to think Mesa Falls hill is bad (not) but you know i liked it alot and I had a very good time and loved the challange of it.

10 miles in 1:23:07 -- 48:31 up -- 34:36 down

AM   Just 5.50 easy miles on the country roads around our house.  Legs were heavy after the Sunnyside hill run yesterday.

AM   4.60 very easy miles on a windy morning.

PM   Tempo run this afternoon,  12 miles in 1:30:26 at an average pace of 7:32.  1 mile w/u and the next 21 min. at goal MP,  60 min tempo starting out at 7:24 pace for the first 30 min. and then 20 min. at 7:19 pace and the last 10 min. at 7:13 pace. A good run and I felt very good.

AM    7 miles around Greenbelt - John Hole's bridge to Sunnyside bridge loop, just an easy run and an amazing morning for a run. Just alittle cool but the sun was out and that makes it amazing.

I had a very good run today as I was able to run with Jeff this morning for 3 miles as this does not happen to often, and around mile 15.50 I ran into my amazing wife and was able to run with her for the next 4.50 miles as this don't happen much also. So yes, today was a good day.

Now off to get a rental car and get to packing to head out of town for work to Lake Tahoe for a couple of weeks.  Sounds like work will be getting very busy.
