AM  nice  and cool this morning,  I ran with Mauri this morning  from the Greenbelt SRL, up to Sunnyside an back to the truck and made one more up and back loop on rhe west side of GB.  I am proud of Mauri, she did great this mormimg.  I do love running with her! 

PM   Easy run from the gym to Community Park a few times and back to the gym, 3.75 miles on the elliptical
