AM   To windy outside this morning so I went to the gym this morning,  talked to Jeff this morning  as it was nice to catch up on things.  7 miles with the first mile w/u and the next 3 at 7:24 pace and progressed every mile ending at 6:57 pace.  After running out side for a while now it was weird to run on the TM.

Thanks allie, it was a quick recovery at it was just a couple of day after and I felt good and was ready to run but were so busy in NYC that I didn't find any time to run. Good luck this weekend!!
