AM Speed workout this morning, 7 x 600 x 400 jog the last one was hard as I wanted to do 8 - 600 and just didn't want to do the last one, and then an 800 c/d. - had to make a quick pit stop due to the coffee and got back into a Z 2 run for the remainder of the run.
