AM   12.25  miles this morning, it had rained before i set out on this run and startedto rain again two miles into the run and was nice and cooland i didn't mind it at all. Legs felt ok not great but ok. Heading home today some time and will only make it part way and will be back home tomorrow.. 

PM   6 miles on the TM at the hotel in Elko Nv. on my way back home, got a late start heading home as I had to work some this morning before I left Carson City. Just wanted to make it part way back today and finish up tomorrow. Can not wait to get home and back to the norm.  Oh -- it was nice to not have all the hills on this run as I was able to hold a 7:40 pace.
