Short-Term Running Goals:

My goal for 2008 is to run a 3:30 marathon in St. George.  It seems to be a little bit impossible to reach, but will give it a try.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Currently, I don't have one.

Personal:

I have been married for 17 years;  have two awesome kids (10, 12); Graduated at the U of U with BS and MBA; working full-time as Int'l Finance Mgr for USANA.  I just started to run 6-7 years ago, very liking it.  I'm not a fast runner, but would like to improve it every year.   Currently, I have an opportunity to run and train the good group of runners and a dedicated Coach.

Track workout with Coach Bill & Chirstina @ the Olympic Oval.

I knew I would be in trouble today from running 11 miles @ City Creek, a day before.  We started out with a mile warm up.  Then we did 4x50s, 4x200s.  Very exhausted on the 4th 200s sprints.  Left knee started hurting again.

Went to work, got an email from a friend asking if I could run with him 3 easy miles.  I wanted to say no, but I needed to help him so I did.  Not sure if it was a good idea.
