I just started college and am a little lost without my xc and track from high school! But I'm beginning to breach the long-distance scene, which is fantastic!
Started to feel my time off around the end of the run- that's probably where I'll need to build back up from. No ill effects, however, my foot and my muscles feel fine!
On a treadmill- ugh! It was a little under a 10 minute pace, but I still got winded. My hips have been a little sore since, but we'll see how it works out.
