I just started college and am a little lost without my xc and track from high school! But I'm beginning to breach the long-distance scene, which is fantastic!

2 800s @ 3:01, 3:02, 4 400s @ 86, 86, 85, 82, 8 200s to finish off. It was a pretty good workout and I was pleased with my times.
Hills at Liberty- I was feeling pretty strong and pushed the entire time.
