I just started college and am a little lost without my xc and track from high school! But I'm beginning to breach the long-distance scene, which is fantastic!
I felt really good today. We did 2 miles of speed changes, I actually beat Susannah and Bre (yeah, for once in my life, I know, but it still made me happy).
Hiked to the top of Kings and back to camp, about 14 miles. I came down the scree pile, for anyone doing Kings that is NOT the way to go. Just for a heads up.
