I just started college and am a little lost without my xc and track from high school! But I'm beginning to breach the long-distance scene, which is fantastic!
Morning about a 5 mile run, around the VA loop, back to do some hills, and then a five lap cooldown on the track.
In the afternoon we ran around Sugarhouse. My ankle was hurting, and we have a race tomorrow, so I took it pretty easy.
