I did a 2 mile warm-up and the same cool down.  I felt good about the race, it's my first for this season and I think it's a good base (better than last year anyway).  I slowed down a little with each mile.  I'm looking forward to improving this season!

Good job today. Do you know what your overall female place was? What is your current 5K Pr? You are getting stronger and that will take time off every race.

I don't know what place I was in, but my PR was 23:29 at state last year. Thanks, I'm excited about this year.
