It was really fun- my favorite part was definately the dutch oven breakfast afterward.

Excellent mileage! Breakfast is always the best part of the run! Don't we run to eat? Oh wait- I think we are SUPPOSED to eat to run. I always get those two mixed up :D

Definately- I love food, and I think it goes both ways. Eating and running are two of my favorite things!

Amanda you have had some great workouts this week. You will be very important to the team success this season. You have the best attitude, always positive. Keep working hard it will pay off with a great season. Think you can get your sister to do the race at the BBQ?
