It was 62 degrees with a light breeze this morning.  I ran slow at first and it took until after mile 5 for my hip to loosen up.  After that I felt stronger and was able to tempo the last 3+ miles.  Total 10.61 miles.

It was 56 degrees this morning.  I ran 3 miles before our group run then I ran 4 miles with the group.  Then Barry and I ran another 3 before I finished a couple more on my own.  It took about 5 miles again for everything to loosen up.  Total 12.22 miles.

It was 52 degrees this morning.  Jedd had to bail on our run today because he pulled a calf muscle yesterday.  I ran 22.36 easy miles alone on a very nice morning.

It was 49 degrees this morning....it felt great.  I ran 2 miles before our group speedwork.  We did 7 sets.  I took it really easy the first few sets and gradually worked up to about 70% effort so as not to aggravate my right hip area.  Then I ran a few miles afterwords with 2 new runners in our group.  Total 10.79 miles.

It was 50 degrees when Barry ran over to my house this morning.  We planned to run 15-16 miles before the 10K today because he had a tennis match at 10am.  We picked up Seth and Penny as we headed in to Chubbuck.  My pace was awful the first 4 miles until my hip got warmed up.  After that I ran great.  I basically tempo'd the next 8 miles because I did not care about my 10K time.  I kept running back for the others until Seth and Penny left Barry behind and kept pace with me until the park.  I had 15.68 miles in before the 10K started.

When the 10K started I was doing pretty good and then I ran out of gas the last 3 miles.  I ended up with 21.88 miles for the day and finished a pretty good mileage week.  Next week is the Park City marathon, which I will run easy, then Pocatello is in 3 weeks.
